  • Carmel

    Carmel spent over 25 years at HR Director level with organisations including The British Library, Surrey County Council, Westminster Council, The Alzheimer's Society and CAFCASS. She is a qualified employment law specialist, with a master's in Employment Law and also holds a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.

    Carmel is an NLP trained practitioner and specialist Restorative Practice facilitator, with a PGCert in Coaching and Mentoring. As an independent coach, consultant, and contractor, Carmel specialises in coaching strategic change and cultural change, leadership and team development, employee engagement and restorative conflict resolution.

  • Charlie

    Charlie Hoare is a life coach and the author of ‘MAN DOWN: A Man’s Guide to Mental Health’, endorsed by Russell Brand. Previously he co-founded TÅPPED birch water having worked for Innocent Drinks, Air Asia and start-ups in London, Hong Kong and Malaysia, from where he cycled the 10,000 miles home for mental health charity SANE.

    After 10 years spent exploring his own psychological health, he completed a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, before gaining accreditation as a practitioner with the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC).

  • Jannie

    Jannie is a certified practitioner of the MBTI® Step I™ and Step II™ Instruments, a Mental Health First Aider, certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, certified Laughter Yoga Teacher and enjoys working with VIA character strengths. With 22 years working in an international corporate environment, including four years in a health organisation and 15 years in the financial sector, Jannie coaches clients of different cultures and backgrounds, including Executive Leaders, Managers, and individuals.

    Based in Luxemburg, Jannie holds an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, is an accredited practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

  • Kelly

    An empathetic, gentle & supportive coach, Kelly is passionate about helping ambitious professionals in progressing with meaningful careers & performing at their best; as well as supporting them to make evidence-based & sustainable improvements to their wellbeing. She also specialises in working with senior leaders to develop & strengthen their authentic leadership identity & enhance the engagement & wellbeing of their teams.

    Based in Switzerland, Kelly holds a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology & Coaching Psychology and has ICF PCC certification. Kelly’s coaching has a very strong focus on strengths and leverages evidence-based practices and interventions.

  • Petra

    With an intuitive style of coaching, that moves seamlessly between goal setting and insight building, Petra incorporates knowledge of leadership practice with a deep psychological understanding of some of the challenges leaders face, such as a need for self-awareness, cross-cultural challenges and workplace wellbeing and trust.

    Petra Walker is a vibrant and engaging Executive Coach and accredited EMCC Senior Practitioner. A strong believer in lifelong learning, Petra studied Zoology at Oxford University, before gaining a MSc in Psychology and a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology.

  • Ruth

    Ruth is bilingual, working in English or French. She provides expert executive coaching and bespoke workshops for businesses, entrepreneurs, writers, leaders, and managers. Ruth has enjoyed a rewarding career inspiring many leaders and facilitating innovative projects, including teaching Business-English in-house for Siemens and Valeo.

    An accredited EMCC practitioner, with a MSC in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, Ruth’s Executive Coaching style is existential and informed by: clean language; somatic coaching; creative expression and IFS (Internal Family Systems). Above all Ruth has a relational approach.
