“Happily ever after is not a fairy tale, it’s a choice”

- Fawn Weaver

The Mental Health Foundation states that relationships are one of the most important factors in our physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Studies have shown that those who are more socially connected to family, friends, or their community have fewer mental health challenges, are happier, physically healthier and live longer! The quality of those relationships is important and having someone who can support you through difficult times makes a huge impact to your recovery.

  • Relationships and love

If you find yourself in a repetitive pattern of attracting toxic relationships, either romantically, with certain family members, or within the work environment, it can have a significant impact on your mental health and wellbeing. You may be saying to yourself regularly “This always happens…” or “Why me?”. It is not unusual to get stuck in what seems to be a perpetual cycle, but the good news is that there is a simple way of changing this direction and begin a new path.

Through supported repositioning of your perceptions of yourself and those around you, we will help you uncover any hidden blocks to allow you to break free from old habits and attract positive relationships and wonderful new experiences into your life.

  • Parenting

For those with children, it is essential to have a strong, consistent, and positive environment for children to grow into strong, emotionally secure and confident adults. However, the reality is that families often have a number of challenges that can make this difficult. Research from Washington State University now shows that even suppressing stress and emotions can have a negative outcome on children.

Make harmony in the household start with you. Often when children are misbehaving, it is due to a misalignment with their perception of truth, and they struggle with articulating their conflicted feelings. We teach you the tools and concepts to be a positive influence in your family and make harmony an everyday occurrence.
