We offer a number of free resources on our website to give anyone the opportunity to learn more about how they can gain control over their health and wellbeing and our practitioners are also happy to offer a FREE 30 minute consultation to understand your specific challenges and aspirations to share further tools or support you further.

  • Positive Health

    Research suggests there is a correlation between stress and autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, celiac, chronic fatigue syndrome (ME), Crohn’s disease, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), and psoriasis. Some studies even suggest that there may be a link between chromic stress and cardiovascular disease, some cancers, and their progression. The very name ‘dis-ease’ suggests the relationship with lack of ease in the body.

    Using positive psychology as the core process for your recovery, we have training resources and coaching programmes that will change your relationship with your health, help manage your symptoms better, boost your immune system, and promote collaborative restoration alongside any medical treatment you may be having.

  • Positive Wellbeing

    The Oxford English Dictionary defines wellbeing as “the state of being comfortable, healthy or happy”. We feel ‘being comfortable’ is not enough and we work with all our clients to be healthy, happy and to thrive! Through a variety of workshops, courses and coaching programmes, we help individuals change their perceptions to develop healthy positive habits to achieve better physical and mental health outcomes.

    Working with evidence-based coaching techniques, and the concept of neuroplasticity, where it is possible to reprogramme neural pathways in the brain for sustainable results, we teach you the tools and concepts to apply to any challenging situation, so you can approach anything life throws at you with ease.

  • Birthing Empowerment

    The signature programme is designed for first time parents to be, although those who wish to approach their birthing experience second or third time around may also find it valuable. Unlike traditional antenatal training, we teach you a practical hands-on methods to reframe your perceptions of birth, empowering you for a natural birth experience, and changing your relationship with pain, so you feel in control.

    Using mindfulness and meditation to connect mind and body, we incorporate connected breathing, yoga and positive psychotherapy, to strengthen your natural ability to labour and give birth empowered, and with confidence, removing the uncertainty out of your birth experience.
